The studio is a non-profit organization sustained by membership, classes, workshops, private donations, and grants. The well lit one thousand square foot studio along with several artists’ studios is in the mostly renovated Tip Top Bakery building at 85 North Main Street in downtown White River Junction, Vermont. The studio owns and operates a valuable and rare assembly of equipment including: a large William Crull etching press, a Charles Brand lithography press with 14 Bavarian lithographic stones in various large sizes, and a Vandercook proof press. The studio is well ventilated, with three sinks, assorted tables, hot plates, a drymount press, an aquatint box, and is air conditioned. Six people can work comfortably in this studio at any given time.
The studio is open from 10-4 Monday through Saturday with some evening hours available for special needs and evening classes. Workshops are generally held on Saturday and Sunday from 10-4.
