Welcome to the Two Rivers Print Making Studio !
The Two Rivers Printmaking Cooperative is a resource and workshop for Upper Valley residents who wish to pursue printmaking opportunities. It is located in the Tip Top Building in White River Junction, Vermont.
The organizers of the cooperative recognize the expressive power of traditional print media and have provided facilities for relief printing, intaglio, lithography, and monotype, as well as their photographic adjuncts. Letterpress, book arts and paper arts facilities will be added later. The studio will have a collegial, creative and experimental environment with excellent facilities and professional support.
The studio has three classes of members: Artist Members are professionals who will have the opportunity to use the studio and exhibition space in the TIP Top building, Sustaining Members are contributors whose donations help to equip and operate the studio,General Members pay a modest fee to be able to take part in classes, workshops and other events.
In addition to the studio, there will be exhibition space in the Tip Top Building for the work of artist members and visiting artists, for national invitational exhibits and competitions, and for displays of works by past masters. Further plans include seminars and discussions led by accomplished professionals and by scholars in historical, contemporary and technical areas of printmaking.
